Grants for grassroots LGBTQIA+ nonprofits in Colorado
The SPARK Change Fund is CHEER Colorado's grant program for smaller and mid-sized organizations doing meaningful work for Colorado's LGBTQIA+ community. We know that some of the most impactful organizations are also the ones with the least access to funding. This program exists to help close that gap.
Grants of up to $2,000 are available to eligible organizations each season.
Who can Apply
To be considered for a SPARK Change Fund grant, your organization must:
Be based in Colorado
Hold 501(c)(3) status or have a fiscal sponsor
Serve the LGBTQIA+ community in Colorado
Have an annual organizational budget of $400,000 or less
How it Works
Our team reviews submissions and award recipients are announced a few months after applications close. Grant recipients must submit a final report one year after receiving their award, or when the project is complete and funds have been spent, whichever comes first. Applications are currently closed, but keep an eye on this page for more information coming soon.
