Executive Director
The Executive Director is the key management leader of CHEER Colorado, responsible for overseeing administration, programs, and strategic plan of the organization. This individual ensures the consistent demonstration of CCO's stated values through internal and external activities and oversees marketing and other communications efforts. They lead team operations, team resource allocation, agreements & contracts, and the proposal and management of the annual budget.

Board of Directors
The Board’s primary role is organizational governance, strategic vision, and oversight. We work directly with the Executive Director and may also support other volunteers on committee work, events, or other special projects.
Some examples of recent projects include: strategic planning, organizational branding, beneficiary relationships, program strategy, safety protocols, fundraising, fiduciary responsibility.
