The Board’s primary role is organizational governance, strategic vision, and oversight. We work directly with the Executive Director and may also support other volunteers on committee work, events, or other special projects.

 

Some examples of recent projects include: strategic planning, organizational branding, beneficiary relationships, program strategy, safety protocols, fundraising, fiduciary responsibility.
